		<description><![CDATA[What I don't know is whether Will at www.Netbuilders.org will allow the site to win even if no content is displayed on the page. What do you think? (Please post your thoughts.) My guess is that the banned pages will lose their spots in Google as others build links and content. 

Not a lot of change has been happening on the first 2 pages of SERPS with Google, not sure about the pages after that. I have seen more movement on Yahoo.com and Live.com than that of Google.com. I can't imagine being an "SEO expert" with pages in this contest that are after the 3rd page of results, those "experts" would have to be frustrated.
